Two Chicago hotels made the top five in an annual ranking of the country’s best hotels by U.S. News & World Report.
The Peninsula Chicago ranked No. 2 and the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago ranked No. 5. Compared with last year, the Peninsula stayed in the same spot, while the Four Seasons jumped from No. 12.
The Langham Chicago ranked No. 7 on this year’s list after being No. 3 in 2018 and No. 1 in 2017.
The other hotels in the top five are Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii at No. 1, Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club in Florida at No. 3 and Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii at No. 4.
The ranking is based on an analysis of industry awards, hotel star ratings and user ratings, according to U.S. News & World Report.
